Unlimited V-points:
In the early game, use Silvia's guns and her rewind power to shoot the boxes (part of the three-box puzzles) to collect as many V-points as you want.
V-rated mode:
Beat the game on Adult.
Ultra V-rated mode:
Beat the game on V-rated.
Reel select:
Beat the game on a given difficulty level to unlock that difficulty's reels as well as those of the lesser difficulties.
