Real player names:
Enter the options screen and select the "Player Editor" choice. Select any team on the English League. Edit any player's name and change it to TEAMTWO. Then, click on it and a "Default 2" option will appear. Select that option to use the real names for that team. To change the names in all the other English teams, select "Back To Teams" then "Default 2" again. The player's real names will appear on screen and in the spoken commentary.
