Level select:
Press Z, Up, Right, Down, Left, Z, Left, Down, Right, Up, Z at the main menu screen. A "Cool" menu option will appear to confirm correct code entry. Highlight the "Cool" option and press A. The phrase "All Levels Open" will appear. Begin game play, select the "Continue" option at the continue screen, and press A on the following screen. Display the Pirate level screen that contains the phrase "Swashbuckling Spot" and press Right. Any level may now be selected for game play.

Unlimited lives:
Enable the "Level select" code. Press Start to pause game play, then press B. Note: The current level can not be completed while this code is active.
