Complete the game in survival mode, then enter the Omake mode screen. This allows special moves to be assigned to one of the shoulder buttons on the controller.

Accumulate more than 380 fighting points.

Billy Kane combo:
Close in to opponent, then press X, Circle (after 3 hits), Down, Down/Forward, Forward, Square. This combo looks great and does about one-quarter damage.
